What I really wish for myself right now is positive energy. Or an awareness of the positive energy I’m sure is all around if only I could see it. An awareness of my own energy and it’s flow with the universe.

Here’s my last online modification for March. This one was modified using bighugelabs’ framer. I framed it first with brush strokes then with canvas panels. I think the “canvases” look more like a window pane, I like the voyeristic feel of this one.

it is important to nurture your soul so it doesn’t end up hunkered down, desiccated and cold. A nurtured soul is vital and flush, it has endless caring and kindness, to everyone including itself. It overflows with good things. How to nurture? time, space, quiet, listen, pay attention, focus on the positive.
